Personalized Yoga Instruction

One‑on‑one sessions tailored to your needs, interests, and energy. These sessions can support:

  • building or refining a home asana practice

  • breathwork and pranayama guidance

  • grounding, resilience, or low‑energy support

  • movement practices that meet you where you are

Sessions are offered virtually or in person (when available) (60 minutes). Use the form below to inquire about scheduling and contribution (suggested minimum contribution of $25)

 

Breathwork & Meditation Sessions

Individual sessions focused on breathwork, guided meditation, or a blend of both. These are ideal if you’re seeking:

  • nervous system support

  • clarity and grounding

  • practices for stress, burnout, or transition

  • simple tools you can return to throughout your day

Sessions are 60 minutes. Offered on a pay‑as‑you‑can basis (suggested minimum contribution of $30)

 

Workshops & Special Offerings

Seasonal workshops, small‑group sessions, and themed practices are offered throughout the year. These may include:

  • pranayama intensives

  • restorative or low‑energy practices

  • dharma‑based explorations

  • community gatherings

All workshops follow the same pay‑as‑you‑can model (suggested minimum contribution of $60)
